As you visit our website, you will observe that Pioneer University is dedicated to its mission as a leader in Globalization, Standardization and harmonizing Alternative and Complementary medicines, especially Homeopathy, all over the world.
Our commitment is to hard work, sincere efforts, clean administration and service.
This commitment is clear in myriad ways, such as the fact that we use high-tech and easily followed administrative procedures in conducting online sessions and examinations, evaluating applicants and rewarding prestigious and recognised degrees to qualified Doctors and Health professionals.
Our commitment is "outcomes vs. process.” Overall, the revision may be characterised as moving from the “process-based” style of the earlier version to a more “outcome-based” approach, as the focus now in the UK and many other countries is on ends rather than means. Source: http://www.qaa.ac.uk/

Dear Friends and Colleagues:
The outstanding development of Pioneer University and the result of the recent election of the “Board of trustees” have led me to highlight and appreciate the role of the authority and the unsung heroes who made this platform for us by their global foresight and commitment to their noble goals.
As you can find in other pages of the website, Pioneer University is fully accredited by appointment to the Hon. President of the Grand Council of the SBC, Antico Principato Di Seborga, Europe and co-ordinated by their Commercial Office – located in the Principality of Wales, UK. Therefore, Pioneer University is constitutionally a S.O. SBC Antico Principato Di Seborgian Institute and not a member of the UK.
Sovereign Order of the Antico Principato di Seborga is a micro nation with international goals and affiliated organisations. As a matter of fact, this sovereign order and its friendly government have played a key role in this great achievement by facilitating the traditional bureaucratic procedure of establishment of an open institution and providing a unique platform for Pioneer University to carry on with the most recent policy of Higher Education – “outcomes vs. process” in Homeopathy and Complementary Medicines. Therefore we could really invest our time and energy on quality of education instead of lengthy bureaucratic procedures.
As a member of this community and on behalf of the TCAM community, I would like to extend my heartiest appreciation to the Government of Antico Principato Di Seborga, Europe, and ensure them that we will do our best to make this opportunity as one of the most honourable features of your Sovereign Order by making the Pioneer University one of the most accredited and popular open universities of Complementary Medicine in every corner of world.
