Pioneer University is certified by the SBC Education, Culture and Faith (Registration No.: 22) to offer Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Master and Doctorate programmes in Homeopathic and Alternative Medical sciences. Its constitution allows the institute to establish and conduct any kind of academic activities, research, scholarship, award and so on for promotion and advancement of education or dissemination of complementary and alternative medicines. Abridged roles: Vice Chancellor: Strictly speaking, she is only the deputy to the Chancellor of the university, but the Chancellor is a prominent public figure who acts mostly as a ceremonial figurehead. The Vice-Chancellor acts as the day-to-day chief executive. An assistant to a Vice-Chancellor is called a Pro-Vice-Chancellor – these are sometimes teaching academics who take on additional responsibilities. There is one Executive Director subordinate to the Vice-Chancellor, being a position at executive level ranking below Pro Vice-Chancellor.
